Two fugitive criminals have turned themselves in on Tuesday September 12, 2006.

The two former Kunaye’s field lieutenants and most vicious criminals, Mohamed Dhere and Qayanne resurfaced in Moyale, while the City Administrators were away attending seminars.

These two individuals, Mr. Mohamed Dhere and Mr. Qayane who confessed to their crimes escaped to Kenya on August 14, 2006 from Moyale, and Mr. Abdirahaman Harami was captured while he was on the run. Today they are in Moyale jail along with their Co-conspirator  or accomplice's Mr. "Shulluke"

According to eyewitness accounts, they were given two choices, to turn themselves in or to be hunted down by the authorities and face the ultimate punishment, but the two criminals chose to turn themselves in, after having difficulties finding a place to hide, in Kenya. Therefore, we will let you know as this story unfolds.
