Looking Back On The Events That Have
Inspired The Removal Of The Tyrant Dictator Kunaye & The Crumbling
Of His Organized Gang Administration Of Liban Zone. It
has been nearly 10 months since we began waging a campaign to expose the
tyrant dictator’s corruption jewel. We began our campaign on November
28, 2005, and filed a formal complaint with the Ethiopian Federal
government, and the Somali State regional administrators against
Kunaye's administration for his cruel, and inhuman treatments of
his constituents.
In
that complaint, we presented several facts that involving the Tyrant
Dictator Ali Mohamed Kunaye ranging from official misconduct abuse of
power, corruption, theft of public funds, kick backs, and robbing the
poor of their food rations. Also, includes, detaining innocent people
and then forcing them to buy their freedom. Eight
months later, Kunaye and his field lieutenants were all found guilty as
charged. Subsequently, Kunaye was removed and stripped off all of his
official duties and titles. He was impeached from his parliamentary seat
after all of the forty-nine members of Liban Zone administrators
admitted to wrongdoing and testified against him. In their confessions,
they stated that kunaye was using them as if they were an ATM machine;
therefore they failed to serve their constituents. Consequently,
Kunaye and several of his main agents fled the country to Kenya, and 15
of his former officials are in Jail awaiting for trial, including former
Udatt District Commissioner, Isaaq Aljir, Moyale District interim
commissioner Adan Malin Yusuf, and Kunaye’s moneyman Abdirahaman “Harrami”.
In addition, while several others were questioned and released on
bail, and were ordered to remain in Moyale, others ran away in to
countryside saying “HADAA
NAARA DHIIDI BOGTALA” Now,
a group of anti corruption forces representing the federal government
and Kilil5 region, are conducting their investigation reviewing
financial record books of Kunaye’s 15 year administration, to
determine the magnitude of money laundering, Fraud, Theft of Public
Funds, Abuse of Power, Misuse of developmental funds for personal gains,
and obtaining wealth, through kick backs. According to reliable sources,
the authorities are also, looking into various contractors’
performances, to determine whether or not the contractors have performed
their contractual obligations. So, it is expected that, more arrest will
be made on completion of the review process. Main
while, the Gharri people and the Liban Zone citizens are breathing
freely and enjoying freedom of movement, and expression without fear of
being detained. The Gharri elders and community leaders are able to begin serving their community as spiritual and traditional leaders. The religious monks began their godly performance spreading the god’s messages across the Liban Zone. Above all, Ugass Hajji Mohamed Hajji Hassan has begun performing his duties as a traditional Gharri leader and has come back to Moyale, after completing a tour of Wayam Galgalu Constituents, and several adjacent communities. During his visit to Galgalu location, he was able to deliver his messages that he wasn’t able to finish it in December last year. He delivered the message of hope, growth, and strengthening the Gharri unity. According
to eyewitness accounts, jubilant crowds welcomed him, chanting “Soo
Dhawoow Ugassow, Soo Dhawoow Ugassow”
and prayed for his longevity. VICTORY
TO THE GHARRI PEOPLE AND PEOPLE OF LIBAN ZONE You are reader # |
